Since 1997, our family-owned rice farm—located just west of Houston, Texas—has been dedicated to growing high-quality long and medium-grain rice, including aromatic jasmine-type varieties. As multi-generational farmers, we believe in doing things the right way: with care for the land, respect for nature, and a deep commitment to the food we grow. 

As a responsible rice farm, we use sustainable farming practices that prioritize environmental health and food purity. All our rice fields are flood-irrigated, a traditional method that supports strong, healthy crops and attracts thousands of migrating waterfowl each season. It’s a beautiful reminder that farming, when done responsibly, supports both people and wildlife. 

We strictly avoid overusing herbicides, applying them only when necessary. Once the rice grain forms, we do not apply fungicides, insecticides, or herbicides. We forbid the use of harvest aides on our crops. That’s a promise we proudly stand by. 

All rice varieties grown on our farm are hand-selected for their exceptional eating and cooking qualities. We do not grow hybrid rice, and yield production is never a factor in our decision-making. For us, flavor, texture, and purity are what truly matter. 

After harvest, our rice is milled with great attention to quality and immediately stored in a climate-controlled environment to preserve its freshness. We never use insecticides in storage—just clean air and a commitment to excellence.
